How to Use Billing Extractor

Billing Extractor helps you turn PDF billing documents into Excel spreadsheets in one click. Tables are detected automatically and extracted with high accuracy. Here’s how to get started.
1. Upload your PDF
On the homepage, click the upload area or drag and drop your PDF file. We support standard PDFs, including scanned or image-based documents. The service will analyze the file and locate tables automatically.
2. Review detected tables
After processing, you’ll see the detected table regions on the page. You can adjust the selection if needed. When you’re satisfied, start the extraction to get the table content.
3. Download the Excel file
The extracted data is assembled into an Excel (XLSX) file. Download it with one click and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app.
Usage limits
- Anonymous users: 100 pages per 24 hours, free. No account required.
- Registered users: 1,000 pages per 24 hours. Sign up with email or “Sign in with Google” to get the higher limit.
Your daily quota resets every 24 hours. The header shows your remaining credits so you can plan your usage.
Tips
- For best results, use PDFs with clear tables and readable text (or clear scans).
- Scanned/image-only PDFs are supported: we use OCR to extract text from tables.
